Once the package and your request letter are received we require up to 21 days to process your request and determine your refund eligibility.

If you paid by credit card and are due to a refund, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 21 business days of receipt of the written return request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Dispute Resolution

CSG desires to resolve differences amicably, in good faith and without resorting to litigation. The party asserting the dispute (“Dispute”) will first attempt to resolve the Dispute by providing written notice to the other party via certified mail, return receipt requested or express delivery, allowing the receiving party at least 30 days to respond to or resolve the Dispute.
If to CSG, notice will be sent to Center for Self Governance, Attention: Administration, P.O. Box 10813, Murfreesboro, TN 37129-0017. If to you, notice will be sent to your last used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile.
In the event that the Dispute cannot be resolved without involving an arbiter, the parties agreed to simple binding arbitration with the fees and expenses for the arbiter paid by the party originating the complaint. The choice of arbiter shall be mutually agreeable. In the event that the parties cannot agree on an arbiter within 30 days, an arbiter shall be appointed by the chief judge in the State appeals court nearest the complaintee. The arbiter shall be free to establish arbitration rules and procedures that are reasonable under the circumstances. The complainant shall pay all fees and expenses unless decided otherwise by the arbiter. The decision of the arbiter shall be binding and non-appealable, assuming good faith and absent fraud.

Choice of Law and Forum

In the event of a Dispute, the laws of the State of Tennessee, Rutherford County, shall be binding, irrespective of venue.

The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of CSG’s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site.

The Terms are effective unless and until terminated by CSG. CSG also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
